Open, Open Educational Resources, Open access… and more. Open can mean a lot of things and sometimes it can be difficult to determine if we are operating under the same shared vocabulary.

In the next section we will go over various open terms and their definitions, as well as why you should choose to publish or incorporate open in your work.
