Circulation Keys 

Keys to the building for circulation use are in the drawer next to the lost and found bins. These keys are used for shelving and other projects, as well opening on the weekends.

To check out a key, fill out the sheet on the clipboard in the drawer. Please make sure to return the key at the end of your shift if you do not need it for opening the next day.

Front Door Key 

• The front door key is in the key drawer.

• This is only used for locking and unlocking the front entrance – if you need to use this key, a staff member will train you on how to use it.

Studio Key 

• The Studio Key is in the key drawer.

• The Studio is only available if a reservation has been made in advance for the space.

Women’s Center Key 

• The Women’s Center key is the pink tower located in the key box.

• Only folks on the list can check out the key.  They must have their Vandal ID card to check out the key.

• This is a 24 hr. Loan.

• When it is returned, check it in and place it back in the key box.
