OIT/ITS
- OIT has a student support desk located in the 1st floor computer lab.
- Their staffing hours are from 10am to 6pm; circulation staff communicate with OIT and should be informed when nobody will be staffing the desk.
- If there is no one at the desk and a student needs ITS support, you can direct them next door to TLC room 128.
- At night and on weekends the only available option is to submit a ticket to support@uidaho.edu.
- Computer Labs are on the first, second, and fourth floor. The first and second floor labs offer color printing. In addition, the second-floor lab has double monitors and access to the full Adobe Creative Cloud.
Printer Problems:
- If the printers are empty of paper, fill them using ITS paper located at the bottom of the stairs in the basement.
- We are not allowed to address paper jams. If there are issues, ask the student to submit a ticket or inform the OIT support desk staffer, if present. They may also move to a different floor or printer.
